This page contains links to surveys that have already been used and surveys that are under construction.

Existing Surveys

  • Independent Study Survey - This survey was developed by Heidi Ellis in conjunction with Ralph Morelli and Trishan deLanerolle and was used during the fall 2006 and spring 2007 terms to assess learning in independent study courses. These courses had teams of students developing projects based on Sahana and other H-FOSS projects.
  • Summer Intern H-FOSS Survey - This survey was developed by Heidi Ellis in conjunction with Ralph Morelli and Trishan deLanerolle and used to survey summer interns at the end of the summer of 2007. It was intended to assess student effort and learning while participating in the H-FOSS Summer Intern program. During the summer of 2007 students logged their time in various software engineering areas.
  • CPath staff questionnaire - This questionnaire was developed by Allen Tucker in conjunction with the CPATH steering committee. The questionnaire is intended to assess the results of the CPATH grant from the perspective of instructors and staff who teach and/or support courses that include student involvement in H-FOSS projects.
  • CPATH Student Questionnaire - This questionnaire was developed by Allen Tucker in conjunction with the CPATH steering committee. The questionnaire is intended to assess the results of the CPATH grant from the perspective of students who have taken courses that include student involvement in H-FOSS projects.
  • Questionnaire for CPATH Workshop - This questionnaire was developed by Allen Tucker, Ralph Morelli and Trishan deLanerolle for use in obtaining feedback on H-FOSS workshop.
